The account section provides details about your financial account with ezimerchant (i.e. fees, invoices and payments). It is also where you manage your details (used not only for billing but also for some ezimerchant features such as shipping calculation), and users who have access to your ezimerchant store.
The summary tab provides a dashboard overview of your current account status. It is also where you can make payment if there is an outstanding balance and update the credit card on file for billing.
Add Credit Cart / Update
If there is currently no credit card on five billing you will see a message and a link to add a credit card. Please click the link to provide credit card details for automated billing of your account. This will ensure there is no disruption to your service. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
If there is a credit card on file you will see a summary of the credit card details together with an update button. Click update if you need to change the details.
The history tab is where you will see the history of invoices and payments. Click on an invoice or receipt number to see the details. You will be able to view and print a PDF copy of the invoice or receipt.
Emails will be sent to your customers using details provided in this section.
Shipping Source Settings
Shipping calculations will use these details as the sender address. The details provided are also used for billing purposes.
The Users tab is where you can manage which users have access to your ezimerchant account and what notification emails they receive.
Click the Invite User button to invite a new user to your ezimerchant account. You will be prompted for email address. Enter the email address of the new user and click Invite User. The new user will receive an invitation email from you inviting them to access the ezimerchant Control Panel and set a password.
Click the Change Password button if you want to change your own password. This can also be done using the password reset link on the login page where you normally log in to ezimerchant.
The list shows the name and email of each user who has access to the ezimerchant Control Panel for your account
Click on a row to open the User Editor.
The User Editor is where you can change the username, update notification preferences and see what additional accounts a user has connected.
Update the Name field to change the name of the user on file with ezimerchant.
Get an SMS when you receive an order
Enter a mobile phone number if you want the selected user to receive an SMS every time an order is received. Fees apply.
Click Receive Emails if you want the user to receive a notification email every time an order is received. Click Disable if not. The select that option will appear pressed in and the unselected option will appear as a raised button.
Billing & Account Communications
Click Receive Emails if you want the user to receive ezimerchant invoices and other account notifications. Click Disable if not. The select that option will appear pressed in and the unselected option will appear as a raised button.
Shows which accounts the selected user has connected.
